* Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals * Overseeing and leading the design process. * Ensuring it aligns with overall product goals * Leading design team, set design strategies & ensure consistency of work and quality. * Ensure designs are accurate, complete and comply with Buyer standards * Manage design projects, from concept to nal delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets * Work with merchant & related teams, to ensure designs are feasible and meet business needs. * Source the raw material from nominated supplier for the development. * Regularly source the newness & Innovation of Yarn, Fabric and Trims for providing design. * Followup & visit the sample section and factory for development. * Attend the buyer design and business meeting.
